Our Teams
QUBE operates through two specialized teams, Capital and Consulting, each offering a distinct path from engineering into the business world.
Capital Team
Financial Markets · Investment Analysis · Portfolio Management
The Capital Team focuses on financial markets education, giving members the analytical foundation and practical experience needed to pursue careers in investment banking, equity research, asset management, and related fields.
Members develop real skills through stock pitches, industry reports, company valuations, and mock investment portfolio management. Work that mirrors what analysts actually do at financial firms. Combined with technical finance education modules built to complement an engineering background, the Capital Team is a direct pipeline into finance recruiting.
QUBE's alumni network includes graduates placed at top investment banks and asset managers. Current Capital Team members benefit from their guidance on recruitment, interviews, and building a finance-focused career from an engineering degree.

Outreach & RelationsConsulting Team
Strategy · Client Engagements · Problem Solving
The Consulting Team works with real-world clients across multiple industries to address technical and business challenges, applying the systematic, evidence-based problem-solving approach that engineers do naturally, in a business context.
Unlike simulated projects or academic case studies, QUBE Consulting members engage with actual clients, produce real deliverables, and develop the client-facing skills that distinguish strong consulting candidates. This experience is a direct complement to the case interview preparation that consulting recruiting demands.
Members benefit from QUBE's consulting alumni network: graduates at top strategy and management consulting firms who provide guidance on recruiting, networking, and building a consulting career from an engineering degree.
